• Dallas Independent School District, Dallas TX: Teacher - Coach (1989 - 1991) Alex coached the boy's varsity team. High caliber team with players like Burt Bader (Notre Dame). Named" Coach of the Year" in 1989.
• North Texas State Soccer Association, Carrollton TX: Teacher-Coach (1990 - Present) Alex has been part of the teaching staff since getting his "A" badge. He has taught the "E" and "D" Course for many years. Last year, he taught the "D" Course in Spanish. Alex also helped identify players for ODP.
• University of North Texas, Denton TX: Director of Camp (1982 - 1985) Supervision of the University of North Texas soccer camps under the direction of coach Richard Lowe.
• Andromeda Soccer Club; 1988 - present
  He has coached the following teams: Boys: 76's, 78's, 79's, 80's, 81's, 83's, 86's. Girls: 80's, 85's, 93's. All teams coached played in the Dallas Classic League. Today he coaches the 92 Girls team.
